Imerys and the Port of Tilbury have a long relationship lasting over 10 years – assisting with security of the supply of raw materials. A key feature of this is flexible working – offloading boats onto the quay – safe storage of product in  safe and secure conditions providing good conservation of product quality. The mechanical transfer to a fleet of bulk tankers/trucks/container movement moving materials from the docks. Maintenance of supply is a critical part of the Imerys commitment to UK customers.
